Welcome! My name is Lucia, I am a Hypnotic Coach, Yoga Teacher, Indigenous Medicine Practitioner, Practitioner of Shamanism and Curanderismo, Reiki Master Teacher, Past Life Regression Specialist, and a Soul Renewal Practitioner! I help people achieve their goals with an integrative approach of hypnosis, energy work, Soul Renewal Processes, indigenous medicine, lympias, alchemical parts work, Reiki, plant medicine ceremonies, death rites, rites of passage, personal and family healing ceremonies, developing skills, habits and behaviors to support their desired goal. Be prepared to be changed, challenged, and activated! I have taught yoga, mindfulness, and social emotional learning at over five different schools in the Denver Metro Area and to well over a thousand different students. As a Yogabhyasi, I am in relationship with my practice of Yoga. Weaving my practice into all the areas of my life ensures I make Yoga accessible to all people in all its forms. I am a problem solver, a creative and dynamic solution finder, a nurturer, an indigenous medicine practitioner, a communicator, hypnotist, an engineer of paths to a goal, and a joyful realist. I carry the mushroom medicine, ixcannabis, ixcacao, the tobacco medicine, and the medicine of the heart and hope to meet everyone I encounter from the heart space.
